Return Policy
You can return your items within 7 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return or refund, your items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately as proof of the package and its contents. Send the photo along with your order number to the customer service email address provided at the end of these policies so our team can assist you.
Please note that this must be done within 24 hours of receiving the package; otherwise, your claim may be deemed invalid.

Order Cancellation within 24 hours
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Please contact us at info@beige-rue.com to request cancellation within this time frame.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email if it has been accepted. If accepted, you can expect your refund within 14 business days, using the same payment method you used to place the order.
